Lincoln Cottages is proud to offer a mini conference venue for those businesses or specialized groups requiring a meeting place to strategize and plan. Finding a great venue to perhaps hold that monthly board meeting for example, will set the standard in accommodating to suit everyone’s needs. Location of venue is foremost in the minds of anyone attending a conference, and we at Lincoln Cottages like to think that we can meet all of your conference needs. We are able to accommodate up to 20 delegates with ease.

The Perfect Conference Setup, Location, Location, Location !
We are situated in a quite suburb called Lincoln Meade and are in close proximity to shopping malls and filling stations, as well as restaurants.
When it comes to hosting your conference, specific services are of utmost importance.
1. Venue attributes
Situated in a quiet area of the main building of the B&B establishment, the venue exudes professional ambiance, coupled with home comforts.
2. Parking of your vehicle
We offer off road parking behind remote controlled gates – your vehicle is parked very close to where your meeting/conference is being held. There is parking available for 8 vehicles adjacent to the conference venue, while an additional 4 vehicles are parked nearby.
3. Seating of delegates
Delegates are seated around 3 tables in an airy room equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, and complimentary Wi fi facilities. There is also a fireplace in the meeting room for those chilly winter days which is a great feature not normally offered at a venue such as this.
A micro phone is not needed as the venue is small enough to clearly hear what is being discussed.
4. Refreshments/meals
A full range of snacks, tea and coffee and meals are offered to suit your requirements. Refreshments are served outside in our undercover verandah adjacent to our pool.
5. Overnight accommodation
The appeal of our conference facilities is heightened as we are able to offer a full range of accommodation facilities. All of our cottages are fully self-catering, serviced each day and all meals can be provided to suit your needs.
