(T&C’s) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW WHICH ARE LEGAL AND BINDING :
YOUR BOOKING IS ONLY CONFIRMED AND WILL BE MARKED OFF ON OUR CALENDAR AS BOOKED WHEN:
1. YOU HAVE PAID 50% DEPOSIT FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION EITHER BY WAY OF A DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO OUR ACCOUNT OR BY CASH. KINDLY PLEASE SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR YOUR BOOKING TO [email protected]
2. FULL PAYMENT FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION IS REQUIRED AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT LINCOLN COTTAGES (or by prior arrangement)
3. A CONFIRMED BOOKING ALSO MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OUR CANCELATION POLICY AS DETAILED BELOW.

5. CANCELATION POLICY
Below are the Terms and Conditions for Cancellation of bookings with Lincoln Cottages :
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged, and your payment will be refunded less the commission charges levied by the relative booking organization plus any bank charges incurred by Lincoln Cottages.
If cancelled or modified up to 29 days before date of arrival, 100% percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged to the booking agent or guests.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged to the booking agent or guests.
If cancelled or modified on arrival and/or during your stay, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged to the booking agent or guests.
Long Term Stay bookings (14 days or longer)
For all long term stay bookings, where a cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, we will retain the full amount quoted for the first four weeks and 25% (twenty five percent) of the amount quoted for the remainder of your stay. The balance of the amount will be refunded to the booking agent or guests.
